At Lighting and Locks, we have an easy, 60-day return policy. If within 60-days of placing your order, you decide you do not like your light, and have not hung it up or cut the wires, you can return it. Please see our Return Information

should you wish to return your lights. Returns will processed within 24 hours of us receiving them.

We ask that returned fixtures not have the wires cut and be hung up. We do not accept returns on installed fixtures.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
If orders are refused for any reason other than defective merchandise, full shipping plus a restocking fee determined by the manufacturer will be deducted from the refund.
Free ground shipping is available on all orders over $49 shipped to the continental U.S.. We are unable to provide free shipping to our friends in Alaska and Hawaii at this time.LEGAL STUFF/EULA
By using and ordering from the Lighting and Locks website (or affiliates), you agree:
*free shipping only available in the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat $29 per order. Currently, we are no longer shipping orders to Canada.
Lighting and Locks tries to maintain the most accurate inventories, but occasionally we do mess-up and will notify you of the inventory status. In rare, extreme cases we reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock depletion or other factors.
Finishes may vary slightly from pictured product.
Occasionally, delivery carriers do handle packages rougher than we would like, and glass or the fixtures themselves become damaged. We will happily provide replacement parts and items, but Lighting and Locks and its partners and/or affiliates are not responsible for any installation costs due to defective/damaged fixtures, or for any costs associated with installation, including to but not limited to electrician fees. Any expedited shipping for replacement parts is the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be assumed by Lighting and Locks or its partners/affiliates.
PRICE MATCH AND COUPON DETAILS
If another online retailer advertises a product for a lower price than us, we will match that advertised price. In some instances, we may not be able to or cannot price match certain items. Please note that clearance, Open Box, and Minka Group products
